Baked Chicken Nuggets Recipe


INGREDIENTS

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into nuggets
1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup of fine bread crumbs
baking spray
2 tsp of Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
salt
pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix until everything is well combined. Set it aside. 
  3. Coat a baking tray with some baking spray.
  4. Cut you chicken breast into strips about 1/2 an inch thick. Place the strips in the bread crumb mixture and dredge them until they’re well coated. Set them on the baking tray and coat them with some baking spray. You will probably have to bake them in two batches.
  5. Put the chicken nuggets in the oven and bake them for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn them over and bake them for an additional 8 to 10 minutes. 
  6. Serve them up with your favorite condiment and enjoy your baked chicken nuggets.
