INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 salmon steaks
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon (1½-3 grams) salt
- ¼ cup (7 grams) fresh chopped Italian parsley
- 2-3 tablespoons (26-39 grams) olive oil for drizzling
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Lightly grease a medium to large pan grill with olive oil, place salmon steaks on top, sprinkle with salt and ½ of the chopped parsley and drizzle with olive oil, turn and repeat on the other side, cook on medium heat till done. approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately drizzled with fresh lemon juice if desired. Enjoy!
