INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillet, thawed
Teriyaki baste and glaze (honey and pineapple)
Frozen mixed vegetables
Butter
DIRECTIONS
- Brush the salmon fillet with teriyaki baste and glaze.
- Broil the salmon in a broiler.
- While salmon is cooking brush it 2x with the baste.
- Cook the salmon 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Put the frozen mixed vegetables in a microwavable bowl.
- Add a teaspoon of butter.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Season with salt.
- Serve salmon with mixed vegetables on the side.
