INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 250 g of chopped frozen spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 150 ml of cream
- 1 bouillon cube
- 200 g of grated cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 1 egg for brushing
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the 2 sheets into 12 squares in total (6 from each sheet). Chop the onion and garlic. Put the butter in a pan and then pour in the onion, garlic and spinach. When the spinach is thawed, add in the flour and stir it up. Then in with the broth cube and cream. When the cube is dissolved you should taste is with salt and pepper, then take it of the heat.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees C convention oven.
- Put some of the filling on one half of the puff pastry, brush the edges with egg and fold over. Press around with a fork. Do this with all of them. Brush the top with the egg and sprinkle some cheese over them. Place them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Can be served both hot and cold.
