Egg White Scramble Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Dried Parsley – 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Rosemary – 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • Egg whites from 8 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread toast to serve with

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat olive oil in a non stick frying pan.
  2. When the oil is hot, add garlic and fry for a few seconds, till they turn slightly brown.
  3. Add dried parsley, rosemary and oregano in the pan and immediately add the egg whites in the pan.
  4. Add salt and keep mixing the whites with a spatula so that they don’t form lumps.
  5. Switch off the heat once the whites are 80% done. They will cook further with the heat in the pan.
  6. Serve hot with whole grain bread toast.
