INGREDIENTS:
- olive oil
- 1 garlic, chopped
- 100~200g cooked spaghetti, cooked
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 ~ 1/2 cup goat cheese
- salt and pepper
- parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute garlic with oil in a pan.
- Add cooked spaghetti and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Beat eggs and goat cheese in a mixing bowl. It’s okay to have lumps.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Add the egg/cheese mixture and whisk quickly.
- Salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley.
