INGREDIENTS:
- 4 peaches, diced (you can leave the skin on)
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 banana pepper, diced (seeds mostly removed)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely minced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely minced
- fine grain sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir.
- Best served chilled. Serve with chips or on top of grilled chicken or seafood.
