Peach Salsa Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 peaches, diced (you can leave the skin on)
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 banana pepper, diced (seeds mostly removed)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely minced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • fine grain sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir.
  2. Best served chilled. Serve with chips or on top of grilled chicken or seafood.
