Veal Rib Chops Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 – 8 ounce veal rib chops
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Season both sides of the veal chop.
  2. Heat your grill on medium to medium high heat.
  3. Place the chop on the grill. Do not touch.
  4. After 5 minutes, flip once.
  5. Cook another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and let sit for 4 – 5 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
