INGREDIENTS:
- cooking oil
- garlic, crushed
- onions, chopped
- soba noodles
- pork liver, cut in strips
- pork butt, cut in small cubes
- hotdogs or sausages, cut in small sizes
- kikiam (optional, only if preferred)
- carrots, cut in cubes
- snap beans, cut in halves
- chines cabbage, cut
- chinese celery or kinchay, chopped
- spring onions, chopped
- eggs, beaten
- hot water
- fish sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put cooking oil in a very hot pan.
- Saute' a portion of the garlic.
- Mix the pork butt with the garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper when cooked. Set aside.
- Saute' the rest of the garlic in the same pan.
- Add in the onions. Mix well.
- Add the carrots. Mix well.
- Add the beans. Mix well.
- Add the hotdogs or sausages and kikiam. Mix well.
- Put in the seasoned pork. Mix well.
- Add hot water.
