INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo adobo (chicken or pork), cooked
- adobo sauce
- cooked oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the adobo meat in a plastic bag and gently press the meat by hand and debone the meat and flakes its flesh.
- Drizzle with the adobo sauce.
- Transfer to a baking tray and spread evenly, then let stand for at least 1 - 1.5 hours. Drain.
- Heat a frying pan, then pour with a very little oil over low heat.
- Put the adobo meat, then stirring continuously until the meat is dry, brown and crisp.
- Serve with rice, sliced tomato and salted egg on the side.
