Adobo Flakes Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo adobo (chicken or pork), cooked
  • adobo sauce
  • cooked oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the adobo meat in a plastic bag and gently press the meat by hand and debone the meat and flakes its flesh.
  2. Drizzle with the adobo sauce.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray and spread evenly, then let stand for at least 1 - 1.5 hours. Drain.
  4. Heat a frying pan, then pour with a very little oil over low heat.
  5. Put the adobo meat, then stirring continuously until the meat is dry, brown and crisp.
  6. Serve with rice, sliced tomato and salted egg on the side.
