INGREDIENTS:
- bundle of sitaw cut 2 inch length
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 med chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- ground pork or pork cubed
- 2 tbsp oil
- soy sauce about 3 tbsp
- Heat oil..saute garlic,onion and tomato..add pork and stir fry for anout 5 minutes..
- add in soy sauce and pepper and continue cooking the meat in low heat
- add in sitaw and stir fry for another 3 minutes or so
- serve with white rice
