Skinless Longganisa(Filipino style sausage)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lbground pork
  • 5 clovegarlic
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1/2 tspground balck pepper
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspannatto oil or paprika(optiona)
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspcooking oil for frying
  • 1/4 tsptabasco sauce(optional)
  • 1cling wrap or wax paper (6x6 inches)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except wax paper and cooking oil
  2. Form 2 tbsp of mixture into a 4 inches log on a wax paper and roll.
  3. twist the ends of the wax paper to seal
  4. Place them in a container and store them in the fridge(atleast 3 hours) or freezer before cooking.
  5. Unwrap the sausages and fry them in a preheated skillet with a little bit of cooiking oil until goldn brown.
  6. Serve. It goes well with fried rice and fried egg. Enjoy!
