Hito (Baked Catfish With Olives, Tomatoes And Capers) Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 lbs catfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup black pitted olives
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp patis 
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat oven at 350 degrees. 
  2. Arrange all ingredients in a baking dish. 
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
