INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup mild harissa*
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 large chicken chicken breast, diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound string beans, cut in half
- Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together harissa, honey, and garlic. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken on both sides then add beans. Cook until chicken is cooked through and green beans are bright green yet still crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir to incorporate and let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve by itself or over a bed of white rice.
