Hush Puppies Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cups House Autry Hush Puppy Mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup grated sweet onion
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 serrano chili, minced

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil to 375 F. Drop a tablespoons of batter into the hot oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Strain and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
