INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lbs mung beans sprout
- 20 pieces small shrimps
- salt and pepper to taste
- Frying oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup corn starch
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine altogether until well mix.
- Preheat frying pan.
- Then make a patty shape.
- Toast them until brown and crispy. That's all.
- Serve hot with vinegar mixture.
