INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 lbs mung beans sprout
  • 20 pieces small shrimps
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Frying oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup corn starch

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine altogether until well mix. 
  2. Preheat frying pan. 
  3. Then make a patty shape. 
  4. Toast them until brown and crispy. That's all.
  5. Serve hot with vinegar mixture.
