Pork Chops With Mango Salsa Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg MONTEREY PORKLOIN BUTTERFLY CUT
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
MANGO SALSA:
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pc chopped sili labuyo (optional)
Pork Chops With Mango Salsa Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Marinate pork in orange juice, soy sauce and honey for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Pan-fry in oil until slightly golden brown or until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. To prepare salsa, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. To assemble, place 3 pieces of meat on a plate and top with prepared salsa.
