- 1 kg MONTEREY PORKLOIN BUTTERFLY CUT
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pc chopped sili labuyo (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate pork in orange juice, soy sauce and honey for at least 30 minutes.
- Pan-fry in oil until slightly golden brown or until cooked through. Set aside.
- To prepare salsa, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- To assemble, place 3 pieces of meat on a plate and top with prepared salsa.
