- 2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 cup MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS, boiled and flaked
- 2 tbsp patis
- 6 cups chicken stock*
- 50 grams sotanghon noodles, soaked in water
- iodized salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
- 1 tbsp toasted garlic
- *from boiling chicken
- Heat oil in a saucepan. Sauté onions then add chicken and cook over moderate heat. Add patis and mix well.
- Pour chicken stock and boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add sotanghon noodles. Season to taste and serve topped with spring onions and garlic.
