INGREDIENTS
- 2 pcs chicken leg and thigh, deboned , then cut into strips
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup flour
- 2 pcs tofu, chopped
- 1 pack Hunt's Tomato Sauce 115g
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pc leek, cut into long strips, then soaked in cold water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dip in flour. Deep fry until golden and crispy.
- Cut tofu into strips, then deep fry until crispy.
- In a sauce pan, mix Hunt's Tomato Sauce, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce, and water. Simmer until thick and soupy.
- Toss chicken and tofu into the mixture. Garnish with sliced leeks before serving.
