Banana Bread Recipe


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 overripe bananas
1/4 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to bread maker except for bananas and sour cream.
  2. Mash bananas with sour cream and add both to the bread maker.
  3. Set to Quick Bread or Cake Cycle. 2.0 lbs. Dark.
  4. Start
  5. When done, cool completely on a rack before refrigerating.
