INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 overripe bananas
1/4 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to bread maker except for bananas and sour cream.
- Mash bananas with sour cream and add both to the bread maker.
- Set to Quick Bread or Cake Cycle. 2.0 lbs. Dark.
- Start
- When done, cool completely on a rack before refrigerating.
