INGREDIENTS:
- 4 thin chicken breasts
- 12 oz. of red pepper jelly
- 3/4 cup of soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- On low heat over a stove top combine red pepper jelly and soy sauce. Mix until heated and combined.
- Add chicken, cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, flip and sautee another 3-5 minutes or until cooked. Cooking time for chicken may vary depending on thickness of your meat.
