Healthy Sweet And Sour Chicken Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 thin chicken breasts 
  • 12 oz. of red pepper jelly
  • 3/4 cup of soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. On low heat over a stove top combine red pepper jelly and soy sauce. Mix until heated and combined.
  2. Add chicken, cover and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, flip and sautee another 3-5 minutes or until cooked. Cooking time for chicken may vary depending on thickness of your meat.
