INGREDIENTS
2 bunch choy sum, sliced in small pieces
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
¼ kilo ground pork
2 onions sliced
3 pcs tomatoes sliced
5 cloves garlic minced
½ cup of water
Salt and ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Stir fry the ground pork until it will turn to light brown or until it cook. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add the Choy sum and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Put in the ground pork and mix. Add the seasonings to taste. Simmer for a minute.
- Best serve with steam rice and fried fish.
