Guisadong Choy Sum Recipe (Sauteed Choy Sum Recipe)


INGREDIENTS

2 bunch choy sum, sliced in small pieces
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
¼ kilo ground pork
2 onions sliced
3 pcs tomatoes sliced
5 cloves garlic minced
½ cup of water
Salt and ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Stir fry the ground pork until it will turn to light brown or until it cook. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add the Choy sum and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. 
  3. Put in the ground pork and mix. Add the seasonings to taste. Simmer for a minute. 
  4. Best serve with steam rice and fried fish.
