INGREDIENTS:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- ½ cup chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker and set on low heat for 8 hours.
- Pour chicken broth over the top of the chicken breasts and season with salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Cook (covered) on low heat for 8 hours.
- Remove chicken breasts and shred.

Notes:
*This recipe used 6 frozen chicken breasts. Also, you can shred either by using two forks and shredding the chicken by hand OR you can place chicken in your mixer and use the paddle attachment and it will shred your chicken beautifully.
