INGREDIENTS:
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 2 to 3 teaspoons of water
- 1 small pack of wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare sauce by boiling all ingredients together – once finished, set aside and let cool
- Slice each wonton wrapper into quarters – fluff the squares and place them on a tray
- Fry the wonton over medium-low heat – fry for 30 to 50 seconds working in batches – Set aside and let drain, preferably on paper towels
- Serve with sauce on side for dipping – Enjoy!
