Wonton Chips with Sweet Chili Sauce


INGREDIENTS:

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons of water
Wonton:
  • 1 small pack of wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Prepare sauce by boiling all ingredients together – once finished, set aside and let cool
  2. Slice each wonton wrapper into quarters – fluff the squares and place them on a tray
  3. Fry the wonton over medium-low heat – fry for 30 to 50 seconds working in batches – Set aside and let drain, preferably on paper towels
  4. Serve with sauce on side for dipping – Enjoy!
