Calamansi Guacamole Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Ear of Corn
  • 2 Calamansi
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 4 small sweet Peppers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Dice peppers, small.
  2. Dice avocado, large.
  3. Cut corn.
  4. Juice 2 calamansi and add salt.
  5. In a medium bowl, cream together ingredients until smooth.
  6. Garnish with corn.
  7. Serve with veggies, corn or add it to a meal.
