INGREDIENTS:
- 4 chicken legs
- 2 - 3 teaspoons dried basil
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- Salt & pepper
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚).
- Sprinkle chicken pieces with dried basil and granulated garlic, and season liberally with salt & pepper.
- Bake chicken in a large baking dish, lined with parchment paper for 55 minutes to an hour - until skin is golden brown and internal temperature has reached 160˚F.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low, heat honey, vinegar and garlic. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook until sauce thickens - about 1 minute - stirring constantly.
- Remove chicken from oven and glaze with honey-vinegar mixture before serving.
