Spicy Sriracha Broccoli Slaw Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 12-ounce bags broccoli slaw
  • ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice and rice vinegar.
  3. Pour the dressing into the broccoli slaw and stir to coat evenly.
