INGREDIENTS:
- 2 12-ounce bags broccoli slaw
- ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime juice and rice vinegar.
- Pour the dressing into the broccoli slaw and stir to coat evenly.
