Four-Pasta Beef Bake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups uncooked pasta (four assorted pasta shapes of your choice)
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped 
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 8-oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 4 29-oz. jars meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 12-oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, peppers, onions and mushrooms over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  3. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl; stir in beef mixture, spaghetti sauce and eggs.
  4. Transfer to two greased 9x13” baking dishes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
