INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- a few drops fish sauce (optional)
- ⅓ Tablespoon dried seaweed (like wakame), soaked in water
- ¼ - ½ cup tofu, cubed
- 1 - 1½ Tbsp miso paste, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring vegetable broth and water to boil.
- Add fish sauce, and drained seaweed and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Mix miso paste with about ⅓ cup hot soup and add to the pot.
- Serve immediately, topped with some chopped green onion.
