Easy Homemade Miso Soup Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • a few drops fish sauce (optional)
  • ⅓ Tablespoon dried seaweed (like wakame), soaked in water
  • ¼ - ½ cup tofu, cubed
  • 1 - 1½ Tbsp miso paste, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onion

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Bring vegetable broth and water to boil.
  2. Add fish sauce, and drained seaweed and cook for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  3. Mix miso paste with about ⅓ cup hot soup and add to the pot.
  4. Serve immediately, topped with some chopped green onion.
