- 1 pizza base
- ⅓ cup tomate paste (pizza sauce)
- 1 cup adobong manok, bones removed and chopped
- ½ small white onion, sliced
- 1 long red chilli, sliced
- ½ cup cheese, grated
- 1 green tomato, chopped
- ½ small white onion, chopped
- 1 small red chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 small bunch coriander (cilantro) leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat over to 200c
- Place base on cooking tray and spread over the tomato paste.
- Evenly cover with the adobo, onion and chilli. Top with the grated cheese.
- Place in the hot over and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve with coriander leaves and green tomato salsa.
- For the salsa; in a bowl combine the tomato, onion, chilli and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
