Adobong Pizza Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pizza base
  • ⅓ cup tomate paste (pizza sauce)
  • 1 cup adobong manok, bones removed and chopped
  • ½ small white onion, sliced
  • 1 long red chilli, sliced
  • ½ cup cheese, grated
  • 1 green tomato, chopped
  • ½ small white onion, chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 small bunch coriander (cilantro) leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat over to 200c
  2. Place base on cooking tray and spread over the tomato paste.
  3. Evenly cover with the adobo, onion and chilli. Top with the grated cheese.
  4. Place in the hot over and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Serve with coriander leaves and green tomato salsa.
  6. For the salsa; in a bowl combine the tomato, onion, chilli and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
