INGREDIENTS:
- 20 to 30 okra pods (no longer than 4”), sliced in half, lengthwise
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the cut okra pods on a baking sheet; season with salt and pepper; drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned and crisped.
- Serve warm.
