INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cup string beans, cut
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First,wash the string beans and then cut them in half.
- In a medium sized pan, add about a tablespoon of olive oil over medium to low heat.
- Allow the olive oil to heat for about a minute.
- Add in the minced garlic. Use a spatula to stir the garlic.Cook the garlic over medium to low heat until the garlic becomes aromatic and is just beginning to turn golden brown.
- Add in the string beans and about a table spoon of water.Stir the string beans with a spatula and cook them until the string beans have softened to your preference.
- Add in the crushed red peppers and salt to taste.Stir to evenly incorporate the seasoning.
- Plate the garlic string beans.
- Serve warm and Enjoy!
