- 1 pkg chicken thighs (normally 6-8 thighs)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Place chicken thighs across bottom of crockpot (if you need to do more than one layer that's fine but place soy sauce & bbq on bottom layer before repeating layers).
- Pour soy sauce over chicken.
- Pour bbq sauce over chicken. Don't worry about covering it all as it will spread out as it cooks.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Test with meat thermometer to ensure it is done. Temp should read 165 degrees.
