Asian BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pkg chicken thighs (normally 6-8 thighs)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Place chicken thighs across bottom of crockpot (if you need to do more than one layer that's fine but place soy sauce & bbq on bottom layer before repeating layers).
  2. Pour soy sauce over chicken.
  3. Pour bbq sauce over chicken. Don't worry about covering it all as it will spread out as it cooks.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Test with meat thermometer to ensure it is done. Temp should read 165 degrees.
