INGREDIENTS:
- 2 long pieces Radish
- 1 piece Red Onion
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- chives to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Thinly sliced the radish using a vegetable peeler forming a coin-like shape. Generously sprinkle with salt, about a handful. Gently mashed and squeezed the radish-salt mixture. Wash thoroughly and drain.
- Thinly sliced the onion and tomatoes (seeds included - the seeds and juice of the tomatoes will keep theensalada moist and flavorful). Gently crushed the garlic and slice thinly.
- Mix the radish, onion, tomatoes and garlic. Garnish with chopped chives.
