INGREDIENTS:
- Beef
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Wash, drain, and score the beef.
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade then pour it on the beef. Massage the marinade on the beef. Place the beef and the marinade in a zip lock and store in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, freeze them. The beef should be frozen for at least 12 hours before cooking.
- Remove the beef from the freezer at most 30 minutes before cooking. Do not thaw.
- Pan grill for at most 8-10 minutes on each side.
