INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pounds ribs (I use boneless)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp. Chinese 5-Spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. Hawaiian sea salt
- Mix together pineapple, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, 5-spice, garlic, liquid smoke, and sea salt.
- Put the ribs into the cooker.
- Pour sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Flip the ribs over a few times while cooking to coat evenly in the sauce. The longer and slower you cook the ribs, the more tender the meat will be.
