Spicy Roast Chicken Legs Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 12 Chicken legs (skinless)
  • 4 Garlic (choped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Soya sauce (light)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Soya sauce (dark)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 Ground black peper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Wash chicken legs with cold running water. Then put chicken legs in to a large bowl.
  2. Now add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, ground black peper, curry powder, garam masala and salt in to the bowl then mix well all together.
  3. Cover the bowl with a cling film or foil paper and let it marinate about 45 minutes, then put them in a baking tray & spead them evenly.
  4. In a pre-heat oven set the temperature to 200 centigrade( or gas mark 5) for 45 minutes & make sure to place baking tray with chicken in the mid position of the oven.
  5. Once chicken is well baked take them out of the oven & leave it for 5 minutes before serve with your favorite salad.
