INGREDIENTS:
- 12 Chicken legs (skinless)
- 4 Garlic (choped)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Soya sauce (light)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Soya sauce (dark)
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 Ground black peper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Curry powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam masala
- Wash chicken legs with cold running water. Then put chicken legs in to a large bowl.
- Now add light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, garlic, ground black peper, curry powder, garam masala and salt in to the bowl then mix well all together.
- Cover the bowl with a cling film or foil paper and let it marinate about 45 minutes, then put them in a baking tray & spead them evenly.
- In a pre-heat oven set the temperature to 200 centigrade( or gas mark 5) for 45 minutes & make sure to place baking tray with chicken in the mid position of the oven.
- Once chicken is well baked take them out of the oven & leave it for 5 minutes before serve with your favorite salad.
