- 125g Bacon
- 1 Head Cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 t Salt
- 1/4 t Black Pepper
- Cook the Bacon in a large non-stick pan, with a lid, until crispy - remove, crumble and set aside.
- Using the same pan, add the Cabbage, Butter, Salt and Pepper - stir, cover and let simmer 20 minutes until the Cabbage is tender.
- Return the Bacon to the pan and stir into the Cabbage - heat through if necessary.
- Serve as a side dish.
