- 2¼ lbs boneless, country style ribs
- Cajun seasoning
- 28 oz barbecue sauce
- Rub Cajun seasoning over the boneless, country style ribs.
- Add enough barbeque sauce to cover the ribs. I used a 28 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce for 2¼ lbs of ribs.
- Stir to coat the ribs in sauce.
- Cook for 4-5 on high or 6-8 on low, depending on your slow cooker. I cooked mine for 6 hours on high, but I have a “vintage” Crock Pot.
