INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 boneless chicken breast
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 5 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups brocolli flowers
- 1 big can of sliced mushroom
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the pan into medium level. Add garlic, ginger and chicken. Fry for about 3 minutes until chicken is brown.
- Add 3/4 cups of chicken broth, sugar and soy sauce. Cover and cook for 5 minutes stir twice.
- Add brocolli and mushroom. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch in 1/4 cup water, stir into the chicken mixrure. Cook and stir frequently or until the sauce thickened
