- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1½ Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a plate, combine dry bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Put melted butter in a shallow dish. Dip chicken breast fillets into melted butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in buttered or oiled baking dish.
- Bake in preheated 350 F (175 C) oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
