One Pot Breaded Chicken And Vegetable Skillet Recipe






INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, julienne cut
  • 6-8 small carrots, quartered lengthwise
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 small head green cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 6-8 Tyson® Lightly Breaded Strips
  • 1 handful green beans
  • 1 cupful fresh peas
  • salt and pepper
One Pot Breaded Chicken And Vegetable Skillet Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium flame.
  2. Cook the onion until softened. Add the chicken stock.
  3. Carefully add the cauliflower florets and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the chicken strips in the skillet. Season to taste.
  5. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the green beans and peas as well and continue to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and the chicken is heated through.
  7. Sprinkle fresh dill over the dish.
  8. Serve warm with crusty bread. (optional)
