- 1kg pork slice
- 300 g green beans
- 3 to 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 big onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups water
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp flour dissolved
- in 1/4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- in a wok, boil sliced pork with 2 cups of water and pinch of salt for 30 minutes or till meat is tender..
- on another pan, saute garlic and onions, add the boiled pork and simmer for 3 minutes..
- add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and bring to a boil..
- add flour and beans and simmer till the sauce thickens..
- serve with hot rice!!
