- 1 kg chicken (serving size)
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- oil for frying
- pinch of salt and pepper
- peppercorns
INSTRUCTIONS:
- place chicken cuts in a wok with all ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes.. move chicken on a strainer, set aside the sauce..
- on a pan, heat oil, fry the chicken for 5 minutes.. put back to the sauce and let boil..
- sprinkle with fried garlic..
- serve with rice..
- ENJOY!!
