Sweet Asian Orange Chili Chicken Wings Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 jarorange marmalade
  • ½ jar cranberry or Holiday Jam
  • 6 ounces Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 24 chicken drummettes
  • nonstick cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450
  2. Combine the orange marmalade, cranberry/Holiday Jam & Asian swet chili sauce in a saucepan (a). Over medium heat, whisk together the 3 ingredients until smooth. Bring to a boil, then immediately remove from the heat.
  3. Place the drummettes on an aluminum foil-lined rimmed baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Pour spoonfuls of the sauce over the drummetes, making sure to turn the drummettes in the sauce...make sure you reserve some of the sauce for dipping! Bake the chicken wings for 20 minutes until cooked through with charred skin & caramelized sauce.
  4. Serve the chicken wings immediately with the reserved sauce & lots of napkins!
