Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 pieces chicken wings, separated
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • dash of Paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • all purpose flour for dredging
Garlic-Butter-Parmesan Sauce
  • Half a stick of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • pinch of black pepper

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a bowl, season chicken wings with all ingredients except for flour. Marinate for 30 mins to an hour.
  2. Before frying, dredge each piece of wing in salted all-purpose flour.
  3. Deep fry for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Drain the cooked wings in paper towels and set aside.
Garlic-Butter-Parmesan Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add in minced garlic and onion powder. Mix then remove from heat.
  3. Add parmesan cheese.
Assembly:
  1. In a bowl, toss the fried chicken wings in to the garlic-parmesan sauce.
  2. If you desire, you may top the chicken with even more grated parmesan
  3. Serve immediately.
