- 6 pieces chicken wings, separated
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- dash of Paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- all purpose flour for dredging
- Half a stick of butter
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- pinch of black pepper
- In a bowl, season chicken wings with all ingredients except for flour. Marinate for 30 mins to an hour.
- Before frying, dredge each piece of wing in salted all-purpose flour.
- Deep fry for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain the cooked wings in paper towels and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add in minced garlic and onion powder. Mix then remove from heat.
- Add parmesan cheese.
- In a bowl, toss the fried chicken wings in to the garlic-parmesan sauce.
- If you desire, you may top the chicken with even more grated parmesan
- Serve immediately.
