Fried Farm Frog Recipe


INGREDIENTS

1/2 kilo palaka (farm frog)
Salt and pepper 
1 tomato; sliced
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove the head, feet and hands, skin and all the internal organs of the frog.  
  2. Wash and clean. Set aside.
  3. Spice palaka with salt and pepper. Deep fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Serve in a platter. Garnish with sliced tomato.
