INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch garlic sprouts, washed and cut into lengths
- 1 c sliced meat
- 1 c sliced portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 c broth
- 2 T oyster sauce
- 1 t soy
- oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium sized frying pan, heat on medium high. Add your oil.
- Saute the meat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and garlic sprouts.
- Add the broth, oyster sauce and soy.
- Warm through.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, add 1 T cornstarch in water.
- Scoop into a serving plate.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
