Garlic Stem Stir Fry Recipe






INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch garlic sprouts, washed and cut into lengths
  • 1 c sliced meat
  • 1 c sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 1/2 c broth
  • 2 T oyster sauce
  • 1 t soy
  • oil
Garlic Stem Stir Fry Recipe


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a medium sized frying pan, heat on medium high. Add your oil.
  2. Saute the meat for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and garlic sprouts.
  4. Add the broth, oyster sauce and soy.
  5. Warm through.
  6. If you prefer a thicker sauce, add 1 T cornstarch in water.
  7. Scoop into a serving plate.
  8. Serve with rice or noodles.
