Oven Roasted Buttermilk Chicken Recipe




INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of buttermilk
  • 12 drumsticks
  • 1 1/2 c panko or other crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 T fresh chopped dill
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t paprika
Oven Roasted Buttermilk Chicken Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a deep bowl, mix the spices into the buttermilk.
  2. Marinate the chicken overnight or at least 4 hours or more.
  3. In a shallow pan, dredge the chicken into the panko.
  4. Preheat oven to 400.
  5. Bake for 45 min until juices run clear.
  6. Serve with salad, rice or roasted potatoes.
