INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 12 drumsticks
- 1 1/2 c panko or other crumbs
- salt and pepper
- 2 T fresh chopped dill
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a deep bowl, mix the spices into the buttermilk.
- Marinate the chicken overnight or at least 4 hours or more.
- In a shallow pan, dredge the chicken into the panko.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Bake for 45 min until juices run clear.
- Serve with salad, rice or roasted potatoes.
