INGREDIENTS:
Maple/Soy Sauce:
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (use gluten-free soy sauce for GF recipe)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 salmon fillets
INSTRUCTIONS:
Maple/Soy Sauce:
- Mix ingredients together in a small bowl or dish.
- Marinate fish in maple/soy sauce for about 30 minutes (covered).
- Preheat oven to 400F. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked and flaky.
