Maple-Soy Salmon Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

Maple/Soy Sauce:

  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (use gluten-free soy sauce for GF recipe)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • dash of salt and pepper


  • 2 salmon fillets

INSTRUCTIONS:

Maple/Soy Sauce:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a small bowl or dish.

  1. Marinate fish in maple/soy sauce for about 30 minutes (covered). 
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked and flaky.
